Welcome to Leelin Home Health Care. We are a Michigan based, independent agency founded in November 1997 that provides home health care services to all of Northern Michigan and the Eastern Upper Peninsula. We offer an array of home care including Private Duty Care, Skilled Care, and multiple therapy services. Community Education
Leelin Home Health Care is proud to be involved in the health of the community. We provide many types of services and education including:
- CPR and First Aid Classes
- Free Blood Pressure checks by trained personnel at all offices
We are also able to educate qualified individuals to be CPR and First Aid instructors through the “Train the Trainer” program.
