• There are many benefits in utilizing our company to provide services to your loved ones.
  • We open each case with a full nursing assessment (at no charge). This includes evaluation of nutritional status, mobility, dexterity, home and environmental safety, as well as determining the client's ability to  understand instruction.
  • We have a full team of professionals to provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Work, Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurse Aides, Certified Home Health Aides, and access to a Registered Dietitian.
  • Our private duty agency provides 24-hour on-call services for emergency situations.
  • It is our belief that many individuals can remain in their homes to recover from an accident, illness, or injury; and will recuperate more rapidly in that environment.

How soon can services be provided?

• Leelin prefers twenty-four hour notice prior to the start of services. However, we have and will work with the client and family to meet their needs.

What About Insurance?

• Our employees are covered by liability insurance. We carefully screen our employees by obtaining criminal record checks and character references. Leelin carries all appropriate insurances on every employee of our agency.

What are the qualifications of the Home Health Aides?

• Every Home Health Aide hired by Leelin is required to attend our competency training before being assigned to a client. This training was developed to give each Home Health Aide the tools required to meet the needs of our clients.

Who supervises the Aides?

• All Leelin Home Health Aides are under the direct supervision of the Nurse Supervisor.

What kind of clients do you provide services for?

• Leelin works with many different types of clients. We serve individuals who have been in an auto accident, received on-the-job injuries, or are recovering from surgery. Perhaps your loved one needs a dressing change or wound care. Perhaps your Mother would like to go to a family wedding, but won't care to stay for the entire reception. Maybe you would like to go to bingo and need someone to provide respite care.
