Home Health Aide Services

Supervision provided by nurse every two weeks at no additional cost. Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Up to two hours of personal care. 

Aides trained to provide the following services:
maintain a safe environment, provide social interaction, read to the client and provide meaningful companionship.

Aides are trained to provide the services above, plus the following:
Light housekeeping, Meal preparation, Laundry, Assistance with transfers, Repositioning, Ambulation, Personal hygiene, Oxygen therapy, Monitor vital signs, Blood sugar, Weight, intake/output, Range of motion (under physician order) and Maintenance.

Aides specifically trained to provide the services above, plus the following:
Ostomy, Catheter, and Tracheostomy care, Bowel program, Straight catheterization, Ventilator and Non-sterile dressing change.

High Tech Visits are typically 30-45 minutes in length.

Medical and Personal appointments, examples:

• Physician

• Beauty Shop

• Bank / Post Office

• Pharmacy / Grocery Shopping

• Church Activities / Bingo/ Movies
