Skilled Nursing Services

Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses are available for visits or for hourly care. Occupational and Physical Therapists are able to evaluate special needs, prepare an individual plan and carry out the appropriate program. Speech Therapy, Medical Social Work, and a Registered Dietitian are also available.

Services include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Medication Set-up

• Post Surgical Care

• Wound / Ostomy Care

• Medication Education

• Disease Process Education

• Diet / Nutrition Education

• Tube Feeding

High Tech Nursing Service

Individuals who require special services will rest easily knowing that their aide or nurse has experience with bowel and bladder techniques as well as knowledge and training with various ventilator systems.

Services include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ventilator / Tracheostomy Care

• Cardiac Rehabilitation

• Suprapubic Catheter Care

• Intravenous (I.V.) Therapy (Antibiotics, Parenteral Nutrition)

• Wound Care

• Bowel and Bladder Programs

• Advanced R.O.M. and Assessment, Continuing Education Opportunities for all Field Staff.
